Abstract

The application relates to a fuel cell vehicle thermal management method. The fuel cell vehicle thermal management system includes a fuel cell subsystem, a power battery subsystem, a passenger compartment heating subsystem, and a heat exchange control subsystem. The method includes steps of detecting a current ambient temperature T; and when the current ambient temperature T is greater than or equal to an ambient temperature threshold T1 at which a power battery in the power battery subsystem requires thermal insulation and the passenger compartment heating subsystem requires heat supply, enabling the fuel cell vehicle to be in a normal environment startup mode, otherwise, enabling the fuel cell vehicle to be in a low-temperature environment startup mode. The fuel cell vehicle thermal management method solves the rapid startup of the fuel cell and the thermal insulation of the power battery at low temperature.

Description

technical field [0001] This application relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles, in particular to a thermal management method for fuel cell vehicles. Background technique [0002] New energy vehicles represented by fuel cell vehicles have the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection. They have developed rapidly in recent years and have good application prospects. Especially in the field of commercial vehicles, fuel cell vehicles have a longer driving range than pure electric vehicles. However, compared with traditional internal combustion engine vehicles, fuel cell vehicles face greater challenges in thermal management. [0003] In order to solve the problem of fuel cell vehicles starting quickly and power battery heat preservation at low temperature, some patents in the prior art only consider the cooling of the fuel cell, and do not make full use of the waste heat generated when the fuel cell is working. Other patents only use the waste heat...
