The intrinsically safe nitrogen-filled oxygen-determining centrifugal extraction system comprises a centrifugal extraction unit for liquid-liquid extraction and separation; the centrifugal extraction unit comprises one or more centrifugal extractors which are connected in series; the centrifugal extraction system further comprises a nitrogen filling unit which is configured to fill the centrifugal extractor with nitrogen to replace the air therein to keep the oxygen content in the centrifugal extractor within a preset safe range, and an oxygen determining unit which isconfigured to detect a specific value of the oxygen content in the centrifugal extractor; and the centrifugal extractor is communicated with the nitrogen filling unit and the oxygen determining unit,respectively.
