The invention provides a method for recovering
indium from
indium-containing
smoke dust in lead-
zinc smelting, which comprises the following steps: S1, collecting the
indium-containing
smoke dust generated in the lead-
zinc smelting process, putting the indium-containing
smoke dust in an acid solution for reaction, and synchronously performing ultrasonic treatment in the reaction process to obtain indium-containing
leachate; in the acidic solution, the concentration of H < + > is 3.0-6.0 mol / L; s2, the pH value of the indium-containing
leachate is adjusted to 1.5-2.5, then the indium-containing
leachate and the organic extraction liquid are fed into a
centrifugal extractor for extraction separation, and an indium-containing organic phase is obtained; the rotating speed of the
centrifugal extractor is 2500-4500 rpm, and the
flow ratio of the organic extract to the indium-containing leachate is 1: (2-7); and S3, the indium-containing organic phase is subjected to reverse extraction through a reverse extraction agent, an indium-containing solution is obtained, the indium-containing solution is subjected to aftertreatment, and
metal indium is obtained. According to the method, the
leaching rate and the extraction rate of indium in the indium-containing smoke dust with the low indium content can be effectively increased, and efficient, stable and clean
recovery of indium resources in the indium-containing smoke dust in lead-
zinc smelting is achieved.
