The process equipment comprises a main preparation cavity; the top of the main preparation cavity is provided with a main sealing cover; an inner cavity of the main preparation cavity is provided with an electric heating wire; the middle of the electric heating wire is provided with a temperature detector;the end of one side of the temperature detector is embedded with an air thermometer; one side of the top surface of the main sealing cover is embedded with pressure detectors; the bottom of one side of the main preparation cavity is horizontally embedded with a main discharging hole, and the top of the other side of the main preparation cavity is horizontally embedded with a main feeding hole; thetop of the electric heating wire is provided with a leakproof net bag; and the edge of the outer side of the electric heating wire is provided with a heating spacer bush. In the process equipment, anovel structure is used, and the electric heating wire is fixed by using the spacer bush, so that stable heating for the inner cavity of the equipment is realized; due to the adoption of the feeding and discharging holes with relatively high finish degree, raw materials and an ATO powder are prevented from generating a bonding phenomenon; and due to the adoption of the plurality of pressure detectors, the pressure of the whole equipment is better detected and controlled.
