The method comprises the stepsof (1) laminating the crosslinked polyethylene film and at least one isolation film to pass through a curing roll, wherein the isolation film makes contact with the curing roll, and the crosslinked polyethylene film can be subjected to thermal crosslinking; and (2) cooling a product obtained in the step (1) and conducting film separation on the cooled product to separate the isolation film and obtain the crosslinked polyethylene film. Through introduction of the high-temperature-resistant isolation film, high-temperature crosslinking and lower-temperature film separation and combination are realized, and the defect that film cracking is easily caused during extrusion production of the crosslinked polyethylene film in the prior art is overcome.
