Abstract

The invention discloses a pressure switching module for calibration of optical fiber pressure sensors. The pressure switching module comprises a valve body, a connector, at least two sealing cylinders, at least one pressing block and at least one thread sleeve. The valve body has a liquid flow channel inside; the valve body is provided with at least two half through holes; the first end of each half through hole is communicated with the liquid flow channel; and the second end of the half through hole extends to the surface of the valve body, and is a threaded port. The connector is fixedly arranged at the first end of the liquid flow channel. Each sealing cylinder has a cavity and is a run-through structure. The first end of each sealing cylinder is in threaded connection with the threadedport; and the cavity is communicated with the half through hole through a screw hole. The pressing block has a channel for allowing optical cables to pass; the side walls of the pressing block and the screw sleeve are provided with bar-shaped gaps in the bus direction; and the screw sleeve is in threaded connection with the second end of each sealing cylinder. The pressure switching module has the advantages of compact structure, simple processing and manufacturing and convenient use, can greatly improve calibration efficiency of the optical fiber pressure sensors without affecting the calibration accuracy, and reduce man-hour consumption and labor intensity.
