The circuit comprises a single-chip microcomputer control module, a constant current source driving module, a temperature control module and a power supply module; the constant current source driving module comprises an addition circuit, a constant current source circuit and a current limiting protection circuit; an output channel of the single-chip microcomputer control module is connected with the addition circuit, added by the addition circuit, and then input tothe constant current source circuit; the current limiting protection circuit and the constant current source circuit are connected with a laser; the temperature control module is connected with a semiconductor cooler of the laser; and the power supply module is used to provide power for the driving circuit. A single-chip microcomputer as a microcontroller controls the current magnitude of the laser, a current output signal output by the microcontroller is added by the addition circuit and then used to drive the laser in the constant current source way, and the current limiting protection circuit is arranged to prevent the laser from overcurrent damage.
