The construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1)a site is levelled, and a pile position is determined; (2) a dual-power-head casing drilling rig is in place; (3) the drilling rig is started, hole forming and casing burying are completed, and then adrill rod is taken out; (4) a reinforcement cage is lowered; (5) concrete is poured; (6) a casing is pulled out; and (7) the pile forming quality is checked, wherein the concrete comprises a corrosion inhibitor accounting for 1.2% of the cement doping amount, and the corrosion inhibitor is prepared from the components in percentage by weight: 40-45% of N, N-dimethylethanolamine, 5-8% of sodium monofluorophosphate and the balance of water. The corrosion inhibitor doped in the concrete can protect the reinforcement cage well, thus the structural strength of the reinforcement cage is not prone to being lowered, then the service life of a pile foundation is prolonged, and meanwhile the construction method has the advantages that the environment is not polluted, and the concentration of chloride ions is not required.
