The adaptive heating start-stop circuit comprises a temperature relay, a solid relay, aphotoelectric coupler, a heating component and a filtering circuit; the filtering circuit comprises a filtering resistor and a filtering capacitor; one end of the temperature relay is connected with ahigh voltage, and the other end of the temperature relay is electrically connected with one end of the heating component through the solid relay; the other end of the heating component is grounded; the filtering circuit is connected to a heating resistor in parallel, and the two ends of the filtering circuit are connected with the photoelectric coupler in parallel; the output of the photoelectriccoupler is used for representing whether the state of heating is being carried out or not; and the control end of the solid relay is connected with a control signal for controlling opening and closing of the solid relay.
