The invention discloses a foliar sprayed micro-fertilizer preparation method capable of improving the photosynthesis efficiency of sonchus oleraceus L., and relates to the technical field of fertilizer preparation methods. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) taking main materials for later use, wherein the main materials comprise 1-1.5% of urea, 0.1-0.3% of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.05-0.2% of potassium chloride and 0.05-0.1% of magnesium sulfate; (2) taking auxiliary materials for later use; (3) taking an adhesion promoter for later use, wherein the use amount ofthe adhesion promoter accounts for 0.5-2% of the total amount; (4) taking molasses for later use, the use amount of the molasses accounts for 0.5-1% of the total amount; (5) putting the main materials, the auxiliary materials, the adhesion promoter and the molasses into a solvent, and performing thorough mixing so as to form raw materials, wherein the solvent is distilled water or tap water whichis treated through a purifier; and (6) sterilizing the raw materials, and packaging the sterilized raw materials into sprays.
