Abstract

The invention provides a harmonic injection-based noise control method of a new energy automobile permanent-magnet synchronous motor. The harmonic injection-based noise control method comprises the steps of (1) building a motor control system equivalent model to obtain a three-phase current output from the equivalent model; (2) extracting amplitude and phases which are corresponding to previous eight harmonic constituents with maximum amplitude with regard to each phase current; and (3) building a current fitting function according to the amplitude and phase extracted in the step (2), and feeding back the current fitting function to current excitation of the synchronous motor. By building the current fitting function and injecting the current fitting function to the current excitation, theelectromagnetic noise of the motor can be effectively controlled from a noise source, and the harmonic injection-based noise control method has effect that vibration noise control operation is convenient, rapid, simple and correct.
