Abstract

The mounting method comprises the following steps: 1) an inverted prefabricated table base is arranged in a prefabrication field to finish prefabrication of the pi type steel frame; profile steel support legs are embedded; and concrete filling holes are reserved; 2) a cable crane is used for continuous twice overturning by 90 degrees in a lifting area; and the pi type steel frame is overturned from an inverted state to an upright state; 3) after the cable crane is used for lifting the pi type steel frame to a bridge position, the pi type steel frame is temporarily fixed by using the embedded profile steel support legs, and the connection between a stress skeleton and a main arch rib of the pi type steel frame is finished; and 4) a wet joint template and a protecting foot steel plate are mounted; and wet joint concrete is filled in the reserved concrete filling holes to finish installation of the pi type steel frame. The mounting method performs the prefabrication of the pi type steel frame by adopting the inversion mode to achieve convenience to construct, low cost and high construction efficiency, and uses the embedded steel support legs as temporary support piers in the bridge position to improve the lifting construction efficiency.
