The plasma generation mechanism comprises an electrode array plate, a porous electrode column and a blocking dielectric tube. The electrode array plate comprises a connecting plate and an electrode column array group which is arranged at the bottom of the connecting plate and consists of high-voltage electrode columns. Through holes matched with the high-voltage electrode column are distributed in the porous electrode column, and a barrier dielectric pipe is arranged between the through holes and the high-voltage electrode column.
