Abstract

The invention discloses an aqueous dispersion product, belonging to the technical field of polyurethane foaming materials. The aqueous dispersion product comprises (a) 0.5-40% of at least one or morehydrocarbon compounds; (b) 0.001 to 20% of a dispersant; (c) 0.0001-30% of an auxiliary agent; and (d) 10-99.4989% of water; wherein, the dispersion product contains at least one particle with an average particle size of 0.005 to 100 mu m and a polydispersity of less than 5, and the melting point range of hydrocarbon compounds is 55 to 140 deg C; the hydrocarbon compounds are crystalline compounds; the aqueous dispersion product has excellent demolding, releasing, anti-sticking and surface opening performance in polyurethane molded products, and can be applied to lubrication and noise reduction of polyurethane seats at the same time; the aqueous dispersion product can be used in release and anti-sticking of polyurethane molded products; meanwhile, the aqueous dispersion product can realizesurface opening of the polyurethane molded products.
