Abstract

The power conversion device has a semiconductor module, a cooling unit, a capacitor module, a discharge resistor substrate, a control circuit substrate, and a case. The semiconductor modules form a power conversion circuit. The capacitor module is electrically connected to the semiconductor module. The discharge resistor is arranged on the discharge resistor substrate and discharges the capacitor module. The control circuit board controls the operation of the semiconductor module. The case accommodates the semiconductor module, the cooling unit, the capacitor module, the discharge resistor substrate, and the control circuit substrate.
