The maintenance efficiency, timeliness and accuracy of the MES on the main data information of the product are ensured. According to the main technical scheme, the method comprises: after an enterprise service bus is used for receiving a bill of materials thrown by product life cycle management, determining controlled material information from the bill of materials, and the material information at least comprising material type information; capturing material information from the managed and controlled materialinformation by searching a capturing logic matched with the material type information; and storing the grabbed material information into a material library of a manufacturing execution system, and controlling to extract materials from the material library in the production process so as to put the materials into equipment for production.
