[0096] An adhesive was applied to one surface of a surface protective layer made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and each had a thickness of 0.1 μm by depositing by using the plasma atomization method (Plasma Atomization Method). Aluminum (Al) metal particles up to 10 μm in diameter. Then, maintaining a temperature of 150° C. and a pressure of 200 MPa, the metal particles were sintered by using a pressure sintering method to form a gas barrier layer. Here, the thickness of the formed gas barrier layer was measured to be 10 μm. Then, an adhesive was applied on one surface of the gas barrier layer, and a sealant layer made of polypropylene (PP) was laminated to manufacture a pouch film.

Abstract

In order to solve the purpose, a method for manufacturing a pouch film according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: applying an adhesive to one surface of a first polymer layer; depositing metal particles on the applied adhesive; sintering the deposited metal particles by applying heat and pressure thereto to form a gas barrier layer; and stacking a second polymer onone surface of the gas barrier layer.
