Abstract

The invention discloses a fog-based road condition detection and authentication system and a fog-based road condition detection and authentication method. The system comprises a vehicle, a roadside unit and a service center. The method comprises the following steps: the service center initializes the road condition detection and authentication system and generates system public parameters; the service center generates a private key and a public key respectively corresponding to the vehicle unit and the roadside unit; the vehicle unit signcrypts the real-time data and sends the generated signcryption ciphertext to the roadside unit; the roadside unit aggregates the received signcryption ciphertext to generate an aggregated signcryption ciphertext; the roadside unit verifies the correctnessof the aggregated signcryption ciphertext; and the roadside unit unsigncrypts the correct signcryption ciphertext. A fog framework supporting mobility, low delay and location awareness is used, improvement is performed on the basis of an existing certificateless aggregation signcryption method, a road condition monitoring authentication method is provided, a lot of time-consuming operation is reduced, and the safety of a vehicle unit and the efficiency of message authentication are improved.
