Abstract

The invention discloses a light, soft and elastic novel rubber and plastic composite material which comprises 24-35 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), 28-42 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM), 9-18 parts of polyolefin elastomer (POE), 9-18 parts of an olefin block copolymer (OBC), 3-10 parts of wear-resistant oil, 0.2-3 parts of zinc oxide, 0.1-1 part of stearic acid, 0.1-1 part of an adhesive and 1-3 parts of an AC foaming agent. According to the invention, compatibility and combinability of the component materials are improved by introducing corresponding assistantsinto the formula, so that strength and wear resistance of the blend material are improved. Meanwhile, the modified EPDM and wear-resistant oil are introduced into the formula, so that resilience and flexibility of the material are greatly improved.
