A building south wall of each layer is provided with two air valves. The inner side and theouter side of the building south wall are provided with the heat storage layer and the heat insulation layer. A building north wall of each layer is provided with a north wall air valve, and the northwall air valve is located between the two air valves of the building south wall of the same layer. The glass curtain wall is fixed to the ground and located on the south sides of the building south walls. The upper end of the glass curtain wall is provided with the adjustable baffle which can rotate around a rotating shaft. The glass curtain wall is provided with the glass curtain wall air valve,and the glass curtain wall air valve is located between the two air valves of one layer of the building south wall.
