The method provided bythe invention adopts mixed acid to cooperate a leaching aid to replace the traditional acid leaching process, improves the leaching rate of quartz sand, and reduces the dosage of acid in the acid leaching process. The quartz sand tailings treated by the technology have a silica content up to 99.9% or above, which reaches the standard of high-purity quartz sand.
