The invention provides a purification method of high purity quartz sand tailings. The method includes: ore grinding: taking the tailings generated in the high purity quartz sand production process asthe raw material, and carrying out ball milling and sieving; strong magnetic separation: performing strong magnetic separation by a magnetic separator to remove strong magnetic substances in the quartz sand; acid leaching: performing acid leaching treatment, then conducting filtering and ultrapure water flushing; calcination: conducting high temperature calcination for 2-4h; water quenching: performing water quenching for 3-5min to break the junction of a quartz matrix and impurities; secondary acid leaching: repeating the above acid leaching process to remove feldspar and other impurities inthe quartz sand; and cleaning: conducting flushing with ultrapure water, and performing filtering and drying to obtain a purified and processed product of quartz sand tailings. The method provided bythe invention adopts mixed acid to cooperate a leaching aid to replace the traditional acid leaching process, improves the leaching rate of quartz sand, and reduces the dosage of acid in the acid leaching process. The quartz sand tailings treated by the technology have a silica content up to 99.9% or above, which reaches the standard of high-purity quartz sand.

The clean gold extraction device comprises a chemical adding system, a reaction tank, a solid-liquid separation system, a micro nanobubble generation device and a gold adsorption system. According to the device and method, gold extraction is carried out by using micro nanobubbles as an oxidizing agent source, and a large number of hydroxyl radicals can be generated through excitation. The hydroxyl radicals have the strong oxidizing property, so that the leaching rate of mineral powder is greatly increased. Moreover, the mass transfer efficiency of reactions is greatly improved because of particularly small bubbles. An amino acid gold extraction agent which is non-toxic to the environment is also adopted. The amino acid gold extraction agent is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. Waste water can be discharged through simple treatment. Leaching and adsorption can be conducted simultaneously. The production efficiency is improved. By adopting the clean gold extraction device and the gold extraction method adopting the cyanide-free amino acid gold extraction agent and modified PAN adsorption films, the leaching rate of gold ores easy to leach can be made greater than 90%, and the leaching rate of non-pretreated gold ores hard to leach is made to greater than 85%.

The mechanically activated mineral aggregate is placed in a reactive tank, and a leaching agent, namely sulfuric acid, is added for leaching, wherein concentration is 1.0-4.0mol / L, the weight ratio of liquid phase to solid phase is 8:1, the stirring speed is 150r / min, blast capacity is 40L / min for 1kg of mineral aggregate, temperature is 40-100 degrees centigrade, and leaching time is 2-12; and finally, the cobalt-containing lixivium is obtained. By mechanical activating, scale production of cobalt white alloy in industry is implemented, in a single sulfuric acid system, production effects of low cost and high leaching rate are reached, and the leaching rate of cobalt is up to 96.1%. However, the non-activated cobalt white alloy in the single sulfuric acid system cannot be produced industrially, and the cobalt leaching rate is only 63.2%.
