The method comprises: enabling sensor nodes to acquire hop counts of vehicles; evaluating the transmission overhead from the alternative cluster heads to the vehicle according to the transmission distance to the vehicle and the residual energy, and selecting the alternative cluster head with the minimum overhead as a cluster head node; according to the transmission distance from each candidate father node to the vehicle and the minimum node energy in the path, evaluating the transmission overhead from the source node to the vehicle through each candidate father node, and selecting the candidate father node with the minimum overhead as the father node of the candidate father node; for the source node with the hop count of 1 and the non-cluster head, taking the cluster head node as a father node; and enabling each sensor node to send the cached data and the received data to the father node, and finally sending the cached data and the received data to the vehicle through the cluster head.
