Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of organic acid separation methods, and particularly relates to a method for separating and extracting caproic acid, heptanoic acid and octanoic acid from an anaerobic acidized fluid of livestock and poultry excrements. The method comprises the following steps: A, solid-liquid separation; B, organic acid extraction; C, recovery of an extraction agent; and D, multistage vacuum rectification. According to the method for separating and extracting caproic acid, heptanoic acid and octanoic acid from the anaerobic acidized fluid of livestock and poultry excrements,large-particle suspended solids are removed by adopting solid-liquid separation, so extraction efficiency can be improved; mixed acid liquor obtained after solid-liquid separation does not need to besubjected to acid adjustment treatment and is directly extracted, and an extraction rate reaches 95% or above; a normal-pressure low-temperature distillation extraction agent recovery process is adopted, so volatilization of low-boiling-point short-chain organic acid is avoided, the temperatures of a tower kettle and a tower top are jointly controlled, and 92% or above of the extraction agent isefficiently recovered; high-purity hexanoic acid, heptanoic acid and octanoic acid can be respectively obtained through multi-stage reduced pressure rectification; the high-valued utilization of the medium-chain fatty acid-rich anaerobic acidized fluid of livestock and poultry excrements is achieved, and development and application of a biosynthesis process for medium-chain fatty acid are promoted.
