Abstract

The invention relates to a novel integrally-assembled cornice structure of a Chinese style architecture and a manufacturing method of the novel integrally-assembled cornice structure. The novel integrally-assembled cornice structure comprises a cornice standard section composite block and carbon fiber cloth; the section of the cornice standard section composite block is of a T-shaped structure; the roof surface of the horizontal part of the cornice standard section composite block is an inclined surface of which the upper part is higher than the lower part; a Chinese-style tile roof is laid onthe roof surface; the lower end is vertically provided with a water baffle; and the outer side of the vertical part of the Chinese-style tile is a decorative structure part and is coated with an anti-cracking weathered layer. The cornice standard section composite block adopts glass fiber filaments which are 20 mm to 30 mm in length, cement, wood bits and construction waste solid materials as rawmaterials which are mixed with water; the cement has an adhesion effect; the glass fiber filaments can prevent cracking by being internally connected in a stirring way; the wood bits can have a filling effect and can reduce the weight; the construction waste solid materials have a filling effect; and after crushing treatment, a mold is used for pressing to form a cornice standard section. The novel integrally-assembled cornice structure can be manufactured through factory production, is convenient and quick to manufacture and install, guarantees the quality, reduces the construction period and is of an ecological novel building structure which saves more energy and is more environmentally friendly.
