Problems solved by technology

The loess stratum has geological characteristics such as porosity, vertical joint development, strong water permeability, and subsidence. During the construction of tunnel engineering, it is easy to have large settlements in the tunnel and the surface, and it is difficult to control the settlement of the tunnel base. There are relatively large construction risks. Especially when constructing loess tunnels with a soft soil layer thickness greater than 10m at the bottom of the tunnel and a daily settlement of the tunnel base greater than 50mm, it is more difficult to control the settlement of the tunnel base

Embodiment Construction

[0073] Such as figure 1 , figure 2 The loess tunnel base reinforcement structure shown includes multiple rows of high-pressure jet grouting piles 24 that reinforce the soil below the loess tunnel under construction, and multiple rows of high-pressure jet grouting piles 24 extend along the tunnel longitudinal direction of the loess tunnel being constructed. Arranged from back to front, multiple rows of high-pressure jet grouting piles 24 are evenly arranged and form the base reinforcement structure of the constructed loess tunnel; the constructed loess tunnel is a tunnel passing through the collapsible loess layer 3, and the collapsible The loess layer 3 is located above the non-collapsible loess layer 4;

[0074] combine Figure 4 , Figure 5 and Figure 7 , the tunnel support structure of the constructed loess tunnel includes the tunnel primary support structure and the tunnel secondary lining arranged inside the tunnel primary support structure, the tunnel primary suppo...

Abstract

The invention discloses a loess tunnel foundation base reinforcing structure and method based on high pressure jet grouting piles. The structure comprises the multiple rows of high pressure jet grouting piles for reinforcing soil on the lower portion of a tunnel, and each high pressure jet grouting pile passes through a tunnel invert structure and a collapsible loess stratum from top to bottom andthen extends into a non collapsible loess stratum. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, tunnel excavating and preliminary bracing; secondly, second lining construction; and thirdly, foundation base reinforcing. The structure is reasonable in design, easy and convenient to construct and good in use effect. The multiple rows of high pressure jet grouting piles are adopted for carrying out foundation base reinforcing on a loess tunnel, a loess tunnel foundation base can be simply and rapidly effectively reinforced, the tunnel foundation base settling volume can be effectively controlled, meanwhile, the upper surface of a secondary lining inverted arch is adjusted to the horizontal plane, a construction platform is provided for the high pressure jet grouting piles, the loess tunnel foundation base reinforcing process can be further quickened, the high pressure jet grouting piles and the tunnel invert structure are fastened and connected into a whole, and the loess tunnel foundation base reinforcing effect can be further improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of loess tunnel construction, and in particular relates to a loess tunnel base reinforcement structure and method based on high-pressure rotary grouting piles. Background technique [0002] Loess refers to sediments of yellow silt transported by wind during the Quaternary period in the geological era. Loess collapsibility coefficient (also called collapsibility coefficient) is a mechanical parameter to evaluate the collapsibility of loess. Under a certain pressure, loess collapsibility coefficient refers to the ratio of the difference between the height of the soil sample before and after soaking in water and the original height of the soil sample. The collapsibility coefficient of loess is an important index to evaluate the collapsibility of loess, which can be directly measured by experiment. According to the different collapsibility coefficient of loess, loess can be divided into collapsible loess and no...
