Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of signal processing and provides a method for the high-precision transmission of a rotating part signal. The method comprises a step of installing one ormore sensors for data acquisition on a rotating component, a step of sequentially arranging a signal conditioning module, a processor and a wireless transmission module at a signal output end of the sensor and forming a data transmission line by combining external processing equipment, and a step of establishing a power transmission line by using an external power supply. According to the invention, the signal conditioning module is additionally arranged at a rear side of the data acquisition end, preferably, a fixed precision amplifier is additionally arranged in a conductive slip ring, and asignal is converted into a signal which is not interfered or is difficult to be interfered after being preprocessed by the amplifier, so the high-precision transmission of the rotating part signal can be ensured, meanwhile, the independent design of the data transmission line and the power transmission line is utilized to realize the transmission separation of the signal and a power supply, and therefore, the overall anti-interference performance is further improved.
