The method comprises the following steps of continuously acquiring input voice signals; carrying out voiceprint recognition on the acquired voice signals to get at least one user to be responded corresponding to the voiceprint features of the acquired voice signals anda voice signal to be responded of each user to be responded; determining a target user in the at least one user to be responded, wherein the user posture of the target user conforms to a preset posture, and the face direction of the target user meets a pre-set front view condition; and making a response to the voice signal to be responded of the target user according to resources needing to be occupied by each voice signal to be responded and the resource occupation state. According to the method in the embodiment of the invention, the users to the responded are determined through voiceprints,the target user needing to be responded is determined through posture and face recognition, and a response is made to the voice signal of the target user according to the resource occupation situation, so that the user needing to be responded can be determined accurately; a response can be made to the voice signal of the user needing to be responded; and the resource utilization rate can be improved.
