The ceramic heating element comprises a heating body and a heating circuit, and the heating circuit is arranged on the heating body to heat air passing through a porous channel; the heating control method comprises the following steps of controlling the heating circuit to perform heating work by adopting a first working voltage when the non-contact electronic cigarette heater is started, and timing the working time of the heating circuit; detecting the workingcurrent of the heating circuit; performing voltage reduction control on the working voltage of the heating circuit according to the working time of the heating circuit and the working current of theheating circuit; and adaptively adjusting the working voltage of the heating circuit according to the change rate of the working current of the heating circuit after the voltage reduction is finished,thereby realizing an effect of heating air for cigarette smoking by controlling the working voltage of the heating circuit. The control complexity is simplified, and the better control response effect is further realized.
