Abstract

When a foot of a tower climber steps on a transmission structure, thetransmission structure rotates downwards by taking a through hole as an axis and presses a spring and limit switch contact. When a limit switch is pressed down and switched on, the monitoring mastercontrol module detects touch information through a data line. When two and more touch detecting terminals are touched simultaneously, the situation that a person climbs a tower is determined. When thepositions of the detecting devices touched in sequence is from bottom to top within specified time, the situation that the person climbs up the tower is determined; and when the positions of the detecting devices touched in sequence is from top to bottom within specified time, the situation that the person climbs down the tower is determined.
