Abstract

The invention discloses a wind power-containing electric power system spinning reserve optimal configuration method considering demand response. The method comprises steps of 1, performing modeling analysis calculation according to uncertainty of wind power output and a load to obtain initial spinning reserve capacity of a power system; 2, performing calculation to obtain load side reduction spinning reserve capacity according to an interruptible load model and a translatable load model; 3, analyzing the initial spinning reserve capacity and the reduced spinning reserve capacity to determine the optimized spinning reserve capacity; and 4, solving the optimized spinning reserve demand by adopting a Matlab toolbox YALMIP programming solving method to obtain optimal configuration of the spinning reserve demand.
