The ultra-low-power-consumption voltage reference source circuit with the adjustable output voltage comprises a bias current module, a threshold voltage difference generation module and an output voltage adjustment module which are connected in sequence, wherein the bias current module is realized through an NMOS tube, a threshold voltage of the NMOS tube is lower than a set value, and the NMOS tube works in a sub-threshold area; the threshold voltage difference generationmodule adopts a threshold voltage difference of the NMOS tube to generate a reference voltage; and the output voltage adjustment module reduces the output reference voltage through an aspect ratio adjustment circuit.
