The single-phase rectifier comprises a diode single-phase bridge, a boost half-bridge, a DC capacitor and a controller, wherein the diode single-phase bridge is used for rectifying an AC input current into a DC current, the output of the diode single-phase bridge is connected to the midpoint of the bridge arm of the boost half-bridge; the boost half-bridge comprises a fast recovery diode and a full-controlled device which are connected in series for controlling the waveform of the AC input current into sine; the DC capacitor is connected with the boost half-bridge in parallel; and the controller is used for sampling the AC input current and the DC output voltage, calculating the duty ratio of the boost half-bridge according to the sampling value of the AC input current, the sampling value of the DC output voltage and the given value of the DC output voltage, converting the duty ratiointo a control pulse, and sending the control pulse to the boost half-bridge.
