Abstract

The invention discloses a positioning method based on MR data. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out the data cleaning of the MR data, and carrying out the classification of the cleaned data according to LAC and CI; projecting the longitude and latitude of the classified data into a rectangular coordinate system through a UTM projection method to obtain original data; calculatingthe circle center of the minimum circumscribed circle of the original data in each LAC and CI through a minimum circle coverage algorithm to obtain preprocessed data; calculating the circle center ofthe minimum circumscribed circle of the preprocessed data through a minimum circle coverage algorithm to obtain a final circle center; and taking the final circle center as the coordinate of the basestation, and obtaining the longitude and latitude of the base station through UTM back projection. Compared with a traditional method of directly applying a longitude and latitude distance calculationformula, the UTM projection method is higher in precision and more convenient for calculation.
