The decarburization device comprises a compressor, a decarburization machine tank body, an alkali storage tank and a water storage tank, the inlet and the outlet of the compressor are connected with a smoke inlet pipe of which one end is connected with a garbage incinerator, and the other end of the smoke inlet pipe is connected with a smoke outlet pipe communicated with the bottom of the decarburization machine tank body. When a first water pump works, an alkaline solution in the alkali storage box is extracted, and is atomized from an atomizing nozzle along a lower rod to spray alkaline solution mist, so the contact area with flue gas is increased; and after a reaction is finished, a cylinder drives a round disc to move downwards in the decarburization machine tank body, the sealing ring of the round disc is in contact with the inner wall of the decarburization machine tank body, liquid drops adsorbed on the inner wall of the decarburization machine tank body are slowly pushed downwards, the disc descends to reduce the volume of the inner cavity of the decarburization machine tank body, reacted gas and liquid are pumped into the water storage tank in cooperation with a second water pump, and a physical absorption method is adopted to make carbon dioxide absorbed by a gas tank, so residual gas and liquid in the gas tank are absorbed.
