The method comprises the steps of determining vector representation of a to-be-processed statement, inputting the vector representation of the to-be-processed statement into a first recurrent neural network, updating a hidden layer state of the first recurrent neural network as vector representation of a historical dialogue, wherein if a processed statement exists, the hidden layer state of the first recurrent neural network is related to the processed statement, a knowledge vector related to the to-be-processed statement is determined, anda reply statement is generated based on the vector representation of the historical dialogue and the knowledge vector.
