A main circuit of acharging system comprises an alternating-current input power supply, an arbitrary-phase permanent magnet motor, a motor driver, a direct-current side capacitor and a storage battery, the arbitrary-phase permanent magnet motoris an arbitrary-phaseopen winding permanent magnet motor, two ends of a stator winding are opened and led out of a stator shell, and are respectively connected with the alternating current input power supply and the motor driver through the mode switch to form a rectifying circuit together; according to the mode switch, a winding of the open-windingpermanent magnet motor is reconstructed to serve as an electric vehicle charging circuit inductor, so that a motor rotor is kept static during charging; the AC input power supply is a single-phase ACpower supply input or a three-phase AC power supply input. The method is based on a common electric vehicle integrated charging system, does not increase any hardware cost, is high in scheme universality, is simple in reconstruction mode, and can effectively achieve the purpose that the rotor of the motor is static during charging.
