The invention discloses a pedestrian re-recognition method based on an unsupervised deep model and hierarchical attributes. The method includes the steps of first, pre-processing a pedestrian picture and dividing the pedestrian picture into a plurality of overlapping blocks according to body parts; second, constructing a convolutional neural network (CNN) with three hidden layers, training the model through a stacked convolutional auto-encode (CAE), and pre-training and fine-tuning the model using CUHK and VIPeR pedestrian data sets, respectively; third, designing hierarchical attributes for the pedestrian and a classifier for each attribute, and inputting pedestrian features extracted from the CNN to each attribute classifier to obtain the probability of the corresponding attribute; and fourth, obtaining the posterior probability of the category by combining an attribute category mapping relation to determine the category to which the sample belongs. According to the invention, the problem of lacking a labeled training sample is effectively solved by pre-training the CNN model with an unsupervised learning method of the CAE; the accuracy of pedestrian re-recognition is effectively improved by using the characteristics that the CAE can be used to well reconstruct an image; and the re-recognition of pedestrians is more in line with the law of human cognition by introducing the hierarchical attributes, so that the pedestrian re-recognition method is allowed to have a semantic expression ability and a practical application value.

The embodiment of the invention relates to a video coding and decoding method, a device and a video coding and codec; wherein, the video coding method comprises the steps as follows: a first view is used as a reference view and basic layer coding is carried out; furthermore, prediction information is extracted by combining with a second view; furthermore, the second view is reconstructed; the residue value is calculated according to the reconstructed second view and the original second view; when the residue value is more than the valve value, reinforced layer coding is carried out at the same time on the residue value and the prediction information, otherwise the reinforced layer coding is carried out on the prediction information; the reinforced layer codes and the basic layer codes of the first view are multiplexed to gain the coding information; the video decoding method comprises the steps as follows: after de-multiplexing, the basic layer coding information and the reinforced layer coding information are respectively decoded, thus gaining the first view, the prediction information and the residue value; subsequently, the second view is reconstructed. The embodiment of the invention effectively compresses the solid video data, reduces the decoding complexity, is compatible with traditional two-dimensional display, and facilitates the reconstruction of solid view exactly and conveniently.

The invention relates to a 3D environment surface triangular mesh constructing method based on a 2D laser sensor, comprising the following steps: a 2D laser sensor collects scanning data of 3D environment scanning, and sends the scanning data to a principal computer; the scanning data collected is converted into a 3D laser point cloud matrix under Descartes space coordinates; the data of the 3D laser point cloud matrix obtained is compressed to get 3D laser point cloud data; and triangular mesh construction is carried out based on the 3D laser point cloud data. The method has a wide range of applications, and is applicable to environment modeling of most of 3D laser point cloud data.
