Abstract

The invention relates to a poly-generation isothermal shift process matched with a powder coal gasification process, and an isothermal shift converter. According to the process, condensate is separated from raw coal gas from a powder coal gasification device, the obtained crude coal gas is subjected to heat exchange and detoxifying, the detoxified coal gas is divided into two streams, the first-stream purified gas is non-shift gas, and the second-stream purified gas is fed into an isothermal shift converter and is subjected to isothermal shift after the water-gas molar ratio of the second-stream purified gas is regulated; boiler water enters the isothermal shift converter to carry away reaction heat and by-produce medium-pressure saturated steam; and the shift gas discharged from the isothermal shift converter are divided into two streams after heat recovery, the first-stream shift gas enters a low-temperature shift converter and is subjected to a deep shift reaction, and crude hydrogen at an outlet is fed to the downstream after heat recovery; and the second-stream shift gas is mixed with the first-stream shift gas to obtain crude synthesis gas after heat recovery, the heat is further recovered, and condensate is separated and fed to a downstream device.
