Abstract

The invention provides applications of ILT4 in tumor diagnosis and treatment. Real-time PCR and flow cytometry are adopted to detect expression of ILT4 in human tumor cell strains and epithelial cellstrains, immunohistochemistry is adopted to detect expression of ILT4 in tissues of NSCLC and breast cancer patients, and correlation between ILT4 expression and clinical pathological features and overall survival (OS) of patients is statistically analyzed; the correlation between the expression of ILT4 in human NSCLC, breast cancer, prostate cancer and malignant melanoma tumor tissues and patientprognosis is analyzed; it is comprehensively demonstrated that high expression of ILT4 is a general characteristic of malignant tumors, and adverse prognosis of patients is predicted. Meanwhile, theILT4 in ILT4 low / high expression tumor cells is respectively regulated up / down by utilizing a gene transfection and knockout technology, and the induction effect of the ILT4 on T cell aging is definedthrough a co-culture system of the tumor cells and the T cells, so that a high practical application value is achieved.
