According to the planetary gear elastic anti-backlash reducer, a planetary shaft is provided with two sets of planetary gears; gear rings comprise a fixed gear ring and a floating gear ring; the fixed gear ring and the floating gear ring are engaged with different planetary gears respectively; and the floating gear ring is mounted in a housing with clearance and connected with afloating adjustment device. The two sets of gear rings are adopted to mesh with the two sets of planetary gears, and the floating adjustment device is used for changing the position of the floating gear ring, so that a deflection angle between the floating gear ring and the fixed gear ring is caused, thereby driving the two sets of planetary gears to deflect so as to contact and mesh with different sides of upper teeth of a sun gear respectively, eliminating gaps in a transmission chain and improving the transmission accuracy.
