Problems solved by technology

[0002] For the surgical treatment of severe open trauma, purulent infection and other wounds, a large amount of normal saline, hydrogen peroxide, iodine and other liquids are required for washing and disinfection. Usually, buckets are placed on the ground or plastic bags are spread under the limbs to receive the washing liquid. In this way, a large amount of flushing fluid will still flow out to the operating bed, the floor of the operating room, and the clothes of the medical staff, resulting in extensive bacterial contamination, metal corrosion on the operating bed, and increased workload for itinerant nurses

Abstract

The invention discloses a liquid storage device for limb debridement and disinfection. The liquid storage device comprises a body with an opening in one end. Adhesive films are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the two sides of the top of the body; and the overlapped parts of the adhesive films and the body are connecting parts. A back adhesive magnetic pasting band is arranged at one side ofeach adhesive film and is fixedly connected to each connecting part; a magnetic pasting hasp is arranged at one end of each back adhesive magnetic pasting band; and an aluminum strip buckle is fixedly connected to one end of each magnetic pasting hasp. During debridement and disinfection, the adhesive films wind around the limb in a circumferential direction to form an annular sealing form and abody which is made of a soft plastic material and is fixedly connected with the lower part of the adhesive film can effectively block and receive flushing fluid during flushing and disinfection. The invention further discloses a using method of the liquid storage device for limb debridement and disinfection. With the disclosed method, the flushing liquid can be prevented from splashing and flowingout during debridement and disinfection; the operating bed and the ground of an operating room are kept dry; the wide bacterial contamination is avoided; the workload of itinerant nurses is reduced;and the working efficiency is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of surgery and medical treatment, and in particular relates to a liquid storage device for limb debridement and disinfection, and also relates to a method for using the liquid storage device. Background technique [0002] For the surgical treatment of severe open trauma, purulent infection and other wounds, a large amount of normal saline, hydrogen peroxide, iodine and other liquids are required for washing and disinfection. Usually, buckets are placed on the ground or plastic bags are spread under the limbs to receive the washing liquid. In this way, a large amount of flushing fluid will still flow out to the operating bed, the floor of the operating room and the clothes of the medical staff, thereby causing extensive bacterial contamination, corrosion of the metal of the operating bed and increasing the workload of the itinerant nurses. Therefore, a liquid storage device is clinically needed to avoid splashing and f...
