Abstract
The invention relates to a chelating agent for reducing the content of copper in sludge during treatment of polluted sludge and application. The chelating agent is composed of the following componentsin percentage by mass: 1.5% of a 0.1 mol / L borax buffer solution; 0.5 to 1.0% of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate, and 0.5 to 1.0% of monopotassium phosphate; when the chelating agent is used for reducing the content of copper in polluted sludge, the 0.1 mol / L borax buffer solution (pH = 9.25) with the amount being 1.5% of the total amount of the polluted sludge is added into the sludge to be treated, and an obtained mixture is subjected to standing for 5 minutes after being stirred to be uniform; then 0.5 to 1.0% of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate is added, uniformly stirring is carried out, andstanding is carried out for 5 minutes; 0.5-1.0% of monopotassium phosphate is added, an obtained product is stirred to be uniform and allowed to stand for 2 hours, and copper in the polluted sludge istreated and reduced. The copper content of the polluted sludge treated by the chelating agent can be greatly reduced, and the problem of heavy metal copper pollution in the polluted sludge is effectively solved.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a chelating agent for reducing the copper content in sludge when treating polluted sludge and its use in the field of environment. Background technique [0002] On February 18, 2016, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Ministry of Environmental Protection jointly issued a national list of black and odorous water bodies in urban built-up areas, marking the official start of the rectification of black and odorous water bodies in more than 200 urban built-up areas across the country. A large number of people live in cities, and rivers play a very important role in the city's water environment. For example, they have a major impact on the landscape. Real estate developers know that houses built by very good rivers can be sold at high prices. However, if these rivers become black and smelly rivers, it will be completely different. The appearance of black and odorous water ruined the city's most precious wate...
