Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method and application of an instant isatistinctoria leaf extract, in the method, fresh isatistinctoria leaves are used as a raw material, water-soluble substances in the isatistinctoria leaves are extracted by using purified water, and then dry powder is prepared by using a freeze-drying technology. The dry powder obtained through the method is dark green, the fresh isatistinctoria leaves can be converted into a powdery reserve raw material through the method, original active ingredients of the isatistinctoria leaves are reserved to the maximum degree, and the isatistinctoria leaves which are plants which are limited to grow by seasons can be used instantly. The main components of the extract are 31% of polysaccharide and 53% of protein, and in-vitroactivity tests show that the extract has certain antioxidant and antibacterial activity and is applied to preparation of drugs for treating treatment psoriasis or parapsoriasis guttata. The fresh isatistinctoria leaves used in the method are picked and squeezed at present, the original bioactive components of the isatistinctoria leaves are reserved, and the problem that the use of the fresh isatistinctoria leaves is limited by seasons is solved.
