According to the controller pre-charging circuit, low-voltage electric energy is converted into the bus voltage through the isolation boosting unit to pre-charge the energy storage unit; in this way, no impact current is generated, the voltage on the bus is gradually increased in a pre-charging process until the voltage is increased to a voltage value required by a motor; a battery charging unit works again;and thus, impact current can be prevented from influencing components, and the design of the electrical architecture of a whole vehicle is more flexible.
