Abstract

The invention provides a biomass fine crushing separator which comprises a rack, a roller mechanism, a crushing mechanism and a driving mechanism. The roller mechanism is rotatably mounted on the rack; the crushing mechanism is rotatably mounted in the roller mechanism, and the driving mechanism is mounted on the rack and is connected to the crushing mechanism; a feed inlet and a slag hole communicating to the roller mechanism separately are formed in two side ends of the rack, and a discharge hole is formed the bottom of the rack. During work, kitchen waste enters from the feed inlet, and after the kitchen waste is crushed by the crushing mechanism and is screened by the roller mechanism, slurry is discharged from the discharge hole and sundries are discharged from the slag hole. The invention provides the biomass fine crushing separator which overcomes the defects that an existing crusher is complex in structure, large in occupied area, unstable to operate, poor in crushing and separating effect and low in processing efficiency.
