The process of preheating before welding and the process of heat treatment after weldingare adopted in the welding process, the interpass temperature and welding heat input are strictly controlled, and therefore weld joint grain thickening and performance reducing are avoided; and in addition, a double-faced simultaneous symmetrical MIG welding mode is adopted, therefore, the back gouging and grinding process is omitted, influences of magnetic blow are greatly reduced, the probability that backing weld beads have welding defects is effectively reduced, and the welding quality is improved. Compared with a traditional welding technology, back gouging is omitted, therefore, the welding filling amount is decreased by about 10%, and the welding efficiency is improved; and double-faced symmetrical welding is adopted, weld beads on the front face and the back face of a joint are fully symmetrically arranged, welding deformation is reduced, the stress state of the joint is improved, and welding cold cracks are effectively avoided.
