Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a gear control method of a power system in aboard operation. The power system comprises an engine, a transmission and a power takeoff which are in power coupling in sequence. The output of the power takeoff is used for driving a load. The method includes the steps of obtaining the torque requirement and the rotating speed requirement of the load, calculating the fuel oil consumption rate of the engine corresponding to each gear combination in a gear combination variation set of the transmission and the power takeoff on the basis of the torque requirement and the rotating speed requirement, and determining the gear combination with the lowest fuel oil consumption rate as the optimal gear combination. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a gearcontrol device of the power system in aboard operation. By means of the method and the device, the problem of the low energy utilization rate of the engine is solved, meanwhile the fuel oil consumption rate of the engine in a hydraulic system is reduced, and the stability of aboard operation is improved.
