Embodiment Construction

[0031] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and embodiment:

[0032] Such as figure 1 As shown, a prefabricated assembled steel bridge deck pavement structure of this embodiment includes a steel panel 1, a positioning steel 2 welded on the steel panel 1, a shear connector 5 and a shear stud 6, and a prefabricated ECC panel 3 , FRP grid 4, cast-in-place ECC section 7, wear layer 8.

[0033] Sandblasting, derusting and spraying anti-corrosion paint are carried out on the steel panels of medium and long-span steel bridges, and the size of the prefabricated ECC panels and the welding position of the positioning steel are reasonably adjusted according to the transverse width and longitudinal length of the bridge panels. Planning, it should be explained that for medium and long-span steel bridges, the longitudinal length of the bridge is much greater than the width of the bridge deck. figure 1 In order to clearly show the d...

Abstract

The invention discloses a prefabricated assembled steel bridge deck pavement structure and an implementation method thereof. The prefabricated assembled steel bridge deck pavement structure comprisesa steel panel, positioning profile steel, a prefabricated ECC panel, an FRP grating, shear connectors, shear studs, a cast-in-place ECC section and a wearing layer. The shear-resistant studs are arranged in adjacent corners of the four prefabricated ECC panels. The shear connectors are arranged on the edges of the prefabricated ECC panels, and a cast-in-place ECC section is arranged between everytwo adjacent prefabricated ECC panels. Longitudinal steel bars and transverse steel bars are arranged in the prefabricated ECC panel. And the FRP grid is arranged in the wearing layer at the upper part of the prefabricated ECC panel. The method can be used for bridge deck pavement of medium-span and large-span steel bridges, and the pavement construction of the steel bridge deck can be quickly completed by adopting a prefabricated and assembled construction method. The ECC material is used for replacing a traditional asphalt material, the rigidity of the pavement layer can be improved, and fatigue cracking of the steel panel and damage of the pavement layer are effectively relieved. Due to the arrangement of the shear connectors, the problem of interface slippage of the pavement layer andthe steel panel under the action of various loads can be solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of bridge structures, in particular to a prefabricated assembled steel bridge deck pavement structure and an implementation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Most of the decks of steel structure bridges under construction and completed at present adopt orthotropic steel decks. Steel bridge deck pavement is to lay a layer of multi-functional protective layer structure on the orthotropic steel bridge deck. The stress and deformation caused by load etc. are an important part of the bridge traffic system. The pavement condition of the steel bridge deck directly affects the safety, comfort and durability of the bridge. [0003] Due to the large flexibility of the orthotropic steel bridge deck, the deformation, displacement and vibration under the load will make the pavement complex. Obvious stress concentration occurs, which leads to more complex local stress on the pavement layer. At the same tim...
