Abstract

The method is characterized by comprising the following processing steps: reading a droplet experiment contact picture acquired by a contact angle measuring instrument, processing the picture by utilizing median filtering and Gaussian filtering, and extracting an image contour by utilizing an imagecontour extraction algorithm; positioning the position of a workpiece contacted with the liquid drop by utilizing the processed contour image, searching and positioning the highest point position ofthe liquid drop and two points with the maximum transverse span by utilizing pixel gray scale, and then framing a liquid drop area to be processed; and finally, processing the frame selection area, firstly removing a middle interference small circle, then dividing a left lower area and a right lower area by utilizing the positioned key points, and finally positioning two contact points of the liquid drop which is in lowest contact with the workpiece.
